His career has spanned multiple industries, giving him a unique perspective on how hiring practices have evolved—and where they’re headed next.

Jonathan has built and managed global project management offices (PMOs), led complex technology implementations, and overseen recruitment strategies for Fortune 500 companies. He knows firsthand the struggles of both job seekers and hiring teams. Now, with the HIRE Power podcast, he’s bringing his expertise to the mic to help professionals navigate today’s unpredictable job market.
